Why was my card payment declined?

We partner with Handepay to collect card details securely.  The number one reason that card payments can be declined by Handepay is that the address you have entered does not exactly match the address on your card statement.  Please try to checkout again using the address exactly as shown on your card statement.

Alternatively you can opt to pay by bank transfer, cheque or PayPal
