UK Mainland Shipping - Free for orders over £15
We aim to dispatch all goods on the day that the order is received however orders received after 14:00 (London time) will normally be shipped the following working day. Orders received at weekends and on public holidays will be shipped on the following working day.
We prefer to reuse packaging, so you may receive your new goods in a previously used envelope or box. If you would prefer to have new packaging because it is a gift (for example) please email us and let us know.
We normally ship orders that fit within large letter dimensions via Royal Mail. Orders which are over the large letter dimensions are shipped by Hermes. In any case you should expect goods to arrive up to 5 working days after despatch.
If your order is less than £15 including VAT, the cost of packing and delivery will be shown in your shopping cart before you are asked to confirm and pay for your order.
Orders Shipped Outside UK
For all orders requiring delivery outside the UK we use the Royal Mail "International Tracked and Signed" or "International Signed" for orders weighing under 2KG. Should you wish to use a different courier or your order is over 2KG please email us first so we can quote based on your requirements
We will charge VAT on all orders billed to a UK or other EU country address. If you have a VAT number and you live outside the UK but within Europe, please email us before ordering if you require us to invoice you without VAT being charged.
We offer a 1 year parts and labour warranty on all products from the date of purchase as recorded on the website. This excludes damage caused by mis-use or failure to follow the operating instructions provided with the item(s).
We retain the right to repair or replace in the event of an item being found faulty.
If you decide after receiving an item from us that you do not require it you may return it to us unopened and unused in its original packaging within 14 days at your expense and using "proof of dispatch" method of shipping and we will refund the full cost of the item excluding our packaging and shipping costs. If the original packaging is damaged we will deduct a re-packaging charge from the refund. There will be no refund if the item shows any signs of having been used.
Damaged on arrival
If the goods arrived damaged you must notify us within 3 working days and cooperate with us in making a claim against the carrier (for example sending us photographs of the condition of the package before it is opened). We will contact you to arrange with you for the goods to be returned and, on receipt of the returned goods, will dispatch a replacement where possible on the same day.
If you wish to make a claim under the warranty please contact us before returning the goods. We will agree a method of shipping with you. On receipt of the faulty item we will inspect it to ensure that it has not failed because of incorrect use and either repair or replace with a new or factory reconditioned item at our discretion. If you follow this procedure we will refund the shipping cost of returning the item to us. Alternatively we may agree to refund the original purchase and shipping costs. If we find that the fault was not a manufacturing fault we will offer to repair or replace at a cost to you.
If you want us to repair an out of warranty fault please contact us to arrange shipment. We will agree return of the item to us and will provide a quote for a factory repair which will include the costs of shipping to/from the factory.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
